※ Number of circuits: 1–100 circuits, freely configurable according to product requirements, and can essentially meet all automotive wiring harness needs.

※ Equipped with an intelligent crimping machine: a single terminal crimping machine can be configured with (2) different crimping heights (allowing the same terminal to crimp wires of two different diameters).

※CCD Core Wire Inspection: Detects the number of conductors in the wire and checks for any missing cores.

※CCD wire‑stripping inspection: stripping length, presence of foreign objects on the stripped end, strand separation, position of the waterproof plug, and orientation (correct or reversed) of the waterproof plug.

※CCD terminal inspection: terminal appearance, deep and shallow crimping, improper foot wrapping, stray filaments and flying threads, wire color, etc.

※ Crimping force monitoring: Monitors the crimping process.

※ Insertion‑position detection: pre‑insertion force testing, insertion force testing, and pull‑out force testing. Each process is monitored in real time for force levels, faithfully replicating the precision of manual inspection—ensuring superior quality in every insertion‑pull‑insert cycle.

※ Raw Material Verification Function: This function ensures the accuracy of material usage by verifying components such as terminals, wires, waterproof plugs, and molds through barcode scanning during the material-loading process.

※ Equipped with wire‑cutting length‑measurement functionality: fitted with an encoder for length measurement, it continuously monitors the cut wire length and makes real-time corrections.

※ Equipped with an intelligent wire‑storage function: includes cross‑insertion temporary storage and waiting‑for‑defective‑wire temporary storage from the preceding process.

※MES data collection: Includes wire‑out length, terminal crimping data, CCD inspection images, insertion position and hole‑alignment information, insertion pull‑force measurements, and other relevant data, all of which can be uploaded to the server for permanent storage.

※MES Data Traceability: By printing barcodes, each wire harness is assigned a unique identifier. A barcode scanner can be used to instantly retrieve every piece of data from the harness’s production process, making traceability exceptionally convenient.

※ Equipped with Keyence’s intelligent control system and high-performance servo motors, ensuring precision, efficiency, and stability.

※The equipment features rapid tooling change, simple adjustments, and short setup times, enabling swift product switching.
