Daily Maintenance (10 minutes before startup)

  • Apply dedicated lubricant to all guide rails and lead screws.
  • Air-removal three-way volumetric water trap
  • Clean the camera lens and all photoelectric sensors.
  • Clean metal debris from the cutting station and the shell-inserting station.
    Weekly Maintenance
  • Tighten all servo motor mounting bolts and fixture securing screws.
  • Check the tension of the wire-feeding belt.
  • Export MES production data backup.
